Where can I see the Journal and the details of my Entries?

1. Opening the Menu

  • You can find the symbol for the menu at the topleft corner of your screen
  • Click on the "Journal" to open the Journal tab 

2. Opening the Journal

  • Percentage of confirmed tasks is shown
  • You can change the time period: Week, Month, Year

3. Viewing the Entries in details

  • Tap on “More“
  • Choose Medications, Measurements, Lab Values, Activities, or Symptoms
  • Select your desired Entry to see detailed results 

4. Displaying the Entries graphically

  • By clicking on an Entry you will be shown a chart
  • You can change the time period: Week, Month, Year
