1. Opening the Menu

• You can find the symbol for the Menu at the top left corner of your screen
• Tap on “Report” to enter the Report tab

2. Sending the Health Report

• Choose the desired month
• Press the “Send to my Inbox“ to generate the report and receive it in your inbox

3. Registration

• To receive the health report, you need to create a MyTherapy account
• Enter your email address
• Choose a password and enter it

4. MyTherapy will send the Health Report

• The health report will be sent to the given email address
