    Info could be added by users with the option to edit info in case of inaccuracies, possibly require a source when adding info?, make it optional to select which of "common side effects", "less common side effects", "serious/severe side effects", or "other" to enter your own so the app can give you feedback about what's a "normal" side effect to when you should call your doctor about it.
