An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedNotes would greatly help me identify positive habits and negative ones based on my feeling check in. Maybe I'm feeling bad because I am ruminating, and notice that I feel happy when I read. It would be a lot more helpful than simply tracking how I feel without personal, root- cause notes.

Would be helpful to note specific things I want to talk to my therapist about, so I don't forget them.
