    I am thinking that a note field or something that you could use to help track if you started a new medicayion, or altered dosage. It would allow you to check side effects. more days you feel bad, etc. Also, a positive symptoms list and editable quick symptom lost would be nice. faster to track than always scrolling, and wouldmhelp,wiyh menyal mood disorders to see what is working to eleviate symptoms.
