Sometimes with certain entries (blood sugar, symptom check, etc.), there isn't a specific category to cover. An open field (maybe 200-300 max. characters) to log a personal note or comment would be helpful. That way, once the monthly report is processed and sent, the doctor has the additional information to consider for a comprehensive diagnosis and planning fir next steps. This is especially true if tracking specific health concerns like the level of migraine, food associated to increase glucose levels, etc. Thanks for a wonderful product I enjoy contributing to!

adding a literal journal feature to the symptoms tracker will allow users to recall why they were feeling a certain way and it won't be a guessing game.

It would be really cool if there was a field for notes for each medication. For ex. take before meal or 2 hours after. When there are a lot of pills it's hard to keep all restrictions in mind. BTW, love you app, literally the best I've tried so far.

As someone who constantly has to keep track of triggers and helpers of symptoms, I think it would be beneficial to have an area within the symptom tracker to write things like the weather, time of day, foods, etc. that might be a factor in the symptoms

give space to comment situation where it was taken (stressed, standing/sitting, post exercise, etc..) and symptoms associated with the test (ie: peak flow caused lightheadedness, etc)

scheduled mental health checkpoints, for example set for maybe when I wake up, mid day, and before sleep, where it prompts user how they are feeling, where you can either just click a green great! box clearing the prompt, or you can choose to make an entry which would consist of current mood, for my case very anxious, and the cause, or situation that is causing me to feel this way. Maybe an option for a scale of discomfort. But this would be extremely useful to set up structured times to keep a record of my overall anxiety as i am working on coping with it, and having all of the logs accessible in one place to look back and find patterns or trends, perhaps help a doctor determine a better plan for exercises to help, or schedule medication dosage times more effectively, and to be able to monitor the effect of the medication and treatment to determine if it is working or if adjustments should be made. This is important for me because I am bad at keeping a note keeping schedule and i only see my psychologist for a 15 minute window every few weeks, so this way I can provide him with better insight on how i am, rather than trying to remember everything from memory and perhaps miss important details.

Esse campo observação poderíamos colocar informações tipo: medido após o café, medido após injestão de tal medicamento, etc.

Like many patients, I have generalized pain, with some areas worse than others or some not a problem at a given time. It would be very useful to add a note to the symptom tracking entries that could allow patients to specify areas of the body affected, any specific injuries for those of us who have conditions that frequently cause them (brittle bone, Ehlers-Danlos, etc.), and the quality of the pain (burning, aching, pins and needles, throbbing, etc.) Such notes could be helpful for other conditions as well, such as recording foods that were eaten before entering abdominal pain or acid reflux symptoms or weather conditions associated with lightheadedness. I'm sure there are many more applications I'm not thinking of!

For example, every doctor ask you about date when simptomes or the date when you start with that type of medication. It is very useful to keep log of important changes in your therapy. Thanks

When visiting a Dr for any reason, i.e. cold, flu, stomach pains, etc. there should be a place that the PT can enter information as to why they went to the Dr. and able to enter the DX and Rx given plus any other pertinent information. A note section could be added in the Day, week, month. Example: Today- note- 5-1-18, went to Dr due to severe sore throat. Dr Dx with toncilities, recommends, gargling with xXxX, Rx antibiotics for 7 days. F/U in 1 week.
