scheduled mental health checkpoints, for example set for maybe when I wake up, mid day, and before sleep, where it prompts user how they are feeling, where you can either just click a green great! box clearing the prompt, or you can choose to make an entry which would consist of current mood, for my case very anxious, and the cause, or situation that is causing me to feel this way. Maybe an option for a scale of discomfort. But this would be extremely useful to set up structured times to keep a record of my overall anxiety as i am working on coping with it, and having all of the logs accessible in one place to look back and find patterns or trends, perhaps help a doctor determine a better plan for exercises to help, or schedule medication dosage times more effectively, and to be able to monitor the effect of the medication and treatment to determine if it is working or if adjustments should be made. This is important for me because I am bad at keeping a note keeping schedule and i only see my psychologist for a 15 minute window every few weeks, so this way I can provide him with better insight on how i am, rather than trying to remember everything from memory and perhaps miss important details.
