    give space to comment situation where it was taken (stressed, standing/sitting, post exercise, etc..) and symptoms associated with the test (ie: peak flow caused lightheadedness, etc)

  2. create faster input of spontaneous or PRN meds. Include in sidebar, a PRN list, or under a PRN button, no need to retype name every time.

    therapies should be available in a drop down so there's no need to re-type every spontaneous medication if it's already listed in your therapies
