    предлагаю добавить возможность делать заметку в произвольной форме. В идеале с возможностью распечатки, при печати отчета, с привязкой к дате. Такие заметки написанные пользователем дополнят картину состояния и причины появления симптомов, что очень поможет при анализе состояния лечащим врачом.
