    Being in law enforcement, I have seen awful circumstances where an individual has stopped taking their medications. Severe depression / bi-polar, Schizophrenia, suicide, etc. are just a few examples that can occur. If an individual missed a particular medication by (X) amount of time, a text message would be sent to a particular care taker.
