  2. The ability to add notes when skipping a scheduled dosage to say why you skipped the dose

  3. add the option to add custom symptoms. Also, standard symptoms list should include: brain fog; confusion.

    I want somewhere to manually enter and track the info on each individual medicine.who I feel before and after I take a medication.so can know better if this medicine is working and how so I can talk with doctor about it.so can decide if it's something that I can get anything from it
