adding notes to your medication information
adding notes would be great to include instructions such as "take with food" or any special instructions the doctor gives you

Sometimes there might be different causes of a symptom. It would be beneficial if you could record them as well, in form of a note. Also, you could write down other details which might be important.

Add custom notes in order that I may describe the rotating sight of my injections (right or left arm, thigh, stomach etc.) as well as the actual time of injection dose.

allow users to write in custom notes. these can be time-stamped and listed chronologically at the end of monthly reports.

This app is great and my Doctors like how shows entries, allowing users to add notes in the Symptoms section and allowing user to enter and save entries to the medication section and last allow user to print out complete daily progress as an option not just high/low average

Hi, I was wondering if you could add fields for expiring date & description for what they are for
I have passed all my meds into the application, as a virtual pharmacy. It would be useful, if appl could warn me when those packs of meds in my closet are expiring and also what they are for.
