  1. Provide room for additional notes with meds record. I would like to track supplements also. But they have different sorts and uses.

    With prn use, I sometimes forget what the exact use is, or side effects, or special instructions (like with food, empty stomach, Before bed, NOT before bed,...)

  4. Hi, we have always been told we must record each serial number, I myself take a photo with my phone of the boxes. Add pic to logs

    I take a photo of the serial numbers on the boxes, I think it would be very helpful to be able to add this photo to the log of medication taken
