Sleep Diary: Add sleep as an activity or allow users to enter sleep/wake times and rate sleep quality.

Sleep is a major factor in one's health and well being. Many people suffer from sleep disorders that require pharmaceutical treatment. This app helps users to schedule and better manage their lifestyle to maximize health and life quality but neglects this important metric of health. Allowing users to keep a sleep diary in the same application as exercise and medication times can help to better manage sleep hygiene and overall health. Medication, certain foods/supplements, caffeine/alcohol, and vigorous activities can affect sleep quality for better or for worse depending on what time and in what quantity they are used. By tracking these factors, and including sleep duration/quality, users and their health providers can see how medication, diet and exercise times may affect sleep; with this knowledge, they may make adjustments to one or several metrics to create an improved schedule for a more comprehensive approach to overall health. Additionally, armed with this extra data, health care providers may even be able to better diagnose underlying sleep disorders.

    just basic start/end time inputs and a graph of a sleep duration in report.

    I have some memory issues, so I don't always remember what symptoms I should be looking for. Being able to name the check reminder or set a couple of symptoms that auto populate for you to check y/n or rate the severity of would be helpful. (I feel like the sleep bit is pretty self explanatory. I've got narcolepsy, and while I could also get a separate sleep tracker, my goal is to be able to do all my health stuff in one app. And a reminder won't particularly be able to show me when I actually completed what it's reminding me to do)

    medications are directly or indirectly affect period, weight, and sleep quality. If it can track them thent the report would be more helpful and useful. Also some medications are prescribed for managing the above said factors. It is an awesome app, yet it can be better.
