Sleep Diary: Add sleep as an activity or allow users to enter sleep/wake times and rate sleep quality.

Sleep is a major factor in one's health and well being. Many people suffer from sleep disorders that require pharmaceutical treatment. This app helps users to schedule and better manage their lifestyle to maximize health and life quality but neglects this important metric of health. Allowing users to keep a sleep diary in the same application as exercise and medication times can help to better manage sleep hygiene and overall health. Medication, certain foods/supplements, caffeine/alcohol, and vigorous activities can affect sleep quality for better or for worse depending on what time and in what quantity they are used. By tracking these factors, and including sleep duration/quality, users and their health providers can see how medication, diet and exercise times may affect sleep; with this knowledge, they may make adjustments to one or several metrics to create an improved schedule for a more comprehensive approach to overall health. Additionally, armed with this extra data, health care providers may even be able to better diagnose underlying sleep disorders.
