Een medisch dossier zou zeer interessant zijn waar je alle voorvallen, gebeurtenissen en afspraken kan bijhouden met eventueel een afspraak herinnering kan bijzetten

my daughter get injection with hormone every day and its 0.5mg and its good to measure weight and height. appointment got to know what time we have to.meet doctor and we get reminder as well.
