Adding bar code scan feature for OTC products. This could also become valuable in tracking dosage limits for drugs such as Tylenol.

When you receive alert when your medication has been depleted, it would be nice to scan barcode on pill bottle, or manually enter the prescription # for an online refill.

In case of an emergency, doctors need to know what medication you are taking as well as who prescribed it, where & when it was filled. So by scanning the label by taking pictures of it you get all the information needed. Also, it would be nice to be able to print out a medication list for the doctors office, etc.; to print out a wallet list, or even a detailed list.
