fix multi device
currently pill reminders appear on all devices, but only the device you confirm is entered. others appear as skipped in history (making for redundant entries).

I need this to work on two devices so the sync with each other. A sign in function maybe could solve this? -

I just got a new phone and none of my information will transfer even though my account and user information does... am I missing something?

Same problem, need multiple devices, and need it on at least two, but the program doesn't sync with the other device with the program, giving the impression that double meds have been taken. This needs to be address, quickly.

for me when using multi devices, the notifications appear on all but once confirmed on one device it doesn't sync to the other devices so we sometimes have multiple entries for the same medication. if the confirm action could sync to all devices via a push, that'd be perfect.
