Quick time option when confirming activity

If I miss my meds at the time of the alarm and still take them, I'd be nice to have two options available when confirming: 1-Took when scheduled, 2 - Took at ____ (with drop down to select time - always showing current time but can be edited)

    Agree. A quick Now (sys time) button would aid accuracy and speed up confirmation.

    Same idea but to include when taking early. If I confirm a med early before the scheduled time it should show as taken at the time I confirm it not the scheduled time.
