add a spot for notes in all entry items, better yet a customizable drop down picker. I am tracking my blood pressure before/ after exercise

When measuring the pressure notes would be useful, for example measuring the pressure after a drink.

An optional notes section for details/reminders from doctors. And the ability/option to assign a nickname to each med. For instance, I suffer from brain fog and memory loss, I'll know what "anxiety meds" are before I can figure out "hydroxyzine."
