now if I'm late taking a med, say it was scheduled at 7 AM but I overslept and then showered and didn't look at my phone until 9 AM, so I take the dose at 9 AM and press "confirm dose" on the app reminder, if I go back to look at it later in the day it just shows the time that the dose was scheduled, 7 AM in my example, it does not show me what time I actually pressed confirm/took my dose.... when I press confirm it should keep track of that time as well, so when I review my day or can't remember when I took a dose it would have a green check mark next to 7 AM dose and in parentheses say (confirmed at 9 AM)
