I suggest you...

Add icons and colors to choose from to represent the various medications you take.

Especially if you take several different medications a day, it is easy to get confused. So especially for the more visual people, it would be great to being able to visually see which medication to take (e.g. One green capsule, one eclipse shaped yellow pill, one white small pill, etc.). A good example of this is the Medisafe app.

Imagens das pílulas, drageas, comprimidos, cápsulas, etc. com distintos tamanhos e cores facilitaria a identificação dos medicamentos e possibilitaria maior segurança no uso para quem toma mais de um medicamento por dia.

Help avoid medication errors. Aid people with poor reading/sight.

I have many health issues that cause me to take several different meds in a week and some even cause memory loss along with my illness itself. I use to use a med reminder that had an icon for each med. With it I could change color, shape, size, and even type for each. It would allow me to show one med as a blue and yellow capsule while another was a solid orange capsule. I could show my victoza as a blue needle and my eye drops as having a pink cap. As I said though it wasn't just color. I could change it from a small oval to a large one or to a different shape entirely. Hexagon, round, oval, capsule, dropped, inhaler, syringe, or a dropper bottle. There were several and they would pop up next to the name of my medicine and help me make sure I took the right one. Unfortunately, with each unnecessary update something necessary on that app would stop working. This time it was the alarms! Please consider adding this feature to your app though. I'm positive it would help several people as it did me.

The one thing I‘m missing the most in the app.
The possibility to take pictures of the pills (and the packing maybe) would be great. Some kind of thumbnail could then be displayed along the reminder for the intakes!

colours would be a nice touch, especially if one uses many meds

It would be nice to be able to take a picture of the med, supplement, and/or bottle they come in. This would be useful for identifying meds or supplements, and also be nice to visually see the brand (the bottle pic option could also be added to the brand option when adding a med or supplement).

i need to take 2 different types of pills. pills have long, complicated names. id like to have a simple way to tell which is to be taken. different color for each pill & corresponding reminder/s would work well.

I think it would he a good thing to he able to add the dosage of each medication you take and also to he able to edit what the tablet looks like and also it's shape as this would be good to identify in an emergency situation where people may look at this app and be able to locate medication quickly and know what it is. As the look of medication changes so often.

I agree with the ability to add a photo to description. Should be able to change the photo
(here in Central America, pills change appearance quite frequently)

I got very sick when one med was discontinued and another doubled, because they looked very similar in my meds container I carry with me, and I got them confused.
