Add custom symptoms
Asthma and Toothache are missing from the list. Perhaps also it may be possible to add custom (user modifiable) symptoms. Thank you.

We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented the possibility to customize symptoms for iOS users.
Please let us know what you think via a quick app review in the Apple AppStore (tinyurl.com/jrl6k3) or GooglePlay Store (tinyurl.com/pqgt7ey). You can also send us an email to feedback@mytherapyapp.net.

it would be nice not to have to search in the list of symptoms every time to say I have a cough.

Add symptoms yourself beyond the list.

Dividing the body into applicable zones such as back/upper; leg/right; leg/left, whole body, head;etc. Without going into every body part - that could be in journal.

I want to enter symptoms useful to ME not in your database. Let me enter symptoms not in your options list! It's far far less useful as it is now. Think about user needs, not about fitting impossible variations of human experience into your predefined biased boxes of pre chosen values. If you must categorize, suggest an overall category for user symptoms, like "migraine related" or "neurological" etc. Think of ux first. Not database and data research first. Find a compromise that does both. Oh and for migraineurs, let them fill in category later when they feel better. Or never. Because it shouldn't be required to be useful to people. That would just be frustrating.

Также было бы хорошо в настройке лечения иметь возможность добавить в опрос конкретные симптомы

in addition to having a check list of regular symptoms allow a scale (1 - 5) instead of just a yes no. It would also be useful to add in other regular recognised diagnostic measures such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7 as a measure.

this should also track symptoms so you can see if medication is working and if you are reacting adversely to medication. also 15 minutes before and after taking medication would be great.

I think the app would greatly benefit from the ability to add symptoms. I have Meniere's Disease, and so vertigo, aural fullness, tinnitus, and symptoms related to vasovagal syncope would come in useful. An add symptom option would also save you from trying to add every single symptom from every single ailment, and would give the user more autonomy.

if you use a symptom repeatedly, our would be nice if it would either populate the top of the list, or you could "favorite" it. same with activities.

When filling out my "Symptoms Check", one has to go back and forth to the list. On top of that, one has to tap "show all" to get to the symptom that is not on the short list. That makes the Symptoms Check to be the most unpleasant experience with the app. Very time consuming while several alternatives are available. Thank you for listening.

I agree with this too. I have symptoms that I suffer with most days so it would be good to have 'my' list so I can select from my daily symptoms or to toggle yes/no from my custom list.
Another idea would be to scale the symptom say on a 1-5 with 5 being the worst. -

The symptom checker always loads empty and every time you have to scroll through a list to add them. If the symptoms options aren't permanent then why is the a yes no toggle? it would be good for users to populate a customized symptom template or list that you can edit on the fly.

as someone with MS (and leading up to diagnosis) I have experienced "numbness" and various degrees of altered sensation, including "pins and needles", "tingling", and other types of sensory changes that are difficult to describe, but even "altered sensation" or "sensory changes" would be useful options on the symptom list, if no option to add custom symptoms is possible.

I totally agree with this suggestion. not sure how easy it would be to implement code wise but it would be fantastic if it was added.
