Have more details about medication

I have different treatment for each eye but one drug is common to both eyes. I have ganfort in both eyes at night. Only have Azopt in left eye.

    что бы при переходе в функцию ПОДТВЕРДИТЬ ,изначально не стояли галочки напротив наименования лекарств,а ставить их самостоятельно после того,как лекарство достали из упаковки и приготовили к приему

    I would like a place to type the exact directions listed on the prescription lable. Also, most Rx have stickers on them. It is important to at least have bullets for each of those stickers.

    For example:
    Medication A
    Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets daily.
    *May cause dizziness.
    *Don't drive or use dangerous machinery while taking this medication
    *Take with food.
    *Don't take with Med B w/out Doctor's permission.
