I started to record health symptoms, but the setup is horrid. There needs to be a place to check mark (or not) before each of the symptoms (why? guys don't need to worry about menstrual cramps to begin & there needs to be a place to add personal symptoms such as post-op issues), then only your personal symptoms will be listed (1-5 in severity for each & then an overall 1-5/1-10). A pain score would be helpful too (1-10).

I want a way to assign different doses of a medicine (Coumadin) that my nurse/Dr tells me to change the dose often depending on my blood test. For example today I was told to skip my next dose (Sat) then take reg. dose on Sun,T,W,R & take a half dose on M&F. In this case it would be best to have a calendar to input the dose because sometimes I'm using a 5mg pill, half a 5mg pill, a 2.5mg pill, or half a 2.5mg pill. I've also been told that in the future a 10mg pill may be added because of changing other medications that would require a higher dose than I'm currently taking.

I have more appointments than medical. It would be convenient to have a calendar feature that allows me to click on a date & see all appt, med, health info for it. Also, med wise I have more appt than with Drs (Lab work, home nurse, x-rays/ scans, Rx refills needed/picked up). Please add to the calendar/appt.

I would like a place to type the exact directions listed on the prescription lable. Also, most Rx have stickers on them. It is important to at least have bullets for each of those stickers.

    For example:
    Medication A
Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets daily.
    *May cause dizziness.
*Don't drive or use dangerous machinery while taking this medication
    *Take with food.
    *Don't take with Med B w/out Doctor's permission.

My doctor put me on a medication before I started using this app. since then he has changed the strength, changed the frequency, had me take more in one day, and had me skip it a few days. I wrote it down but enter it in this app (plus some of the time I was in the hospital and couldn't use app and other times it was before the app). I would like a way to enter these medication changes prior to today's date. Also, when you hit "skip" there should be an additional buttons that say "dose forgotten" (& too close to next dose to take), "dose not needed" (pain meds for example), "Doctor's orders" (level too high in blood test, blood thinners prior to surgery). There should also be a way to add a dose to a planned med (doctor's orders).

Off topic: I use this app to record my medication & my fiance's medication. it would be very helpful if you added a way to have multiple accounts. For example, I open the app and click on the person's name/icon/both (depending on preference & a way to keep privacy ... have preloaded animals, plants, other, so that only the users know whose account is whose).

When entering a medication the app uses "x" to stand in for how often to take a med (take x pills every y hours; take x times a day; take every x days), but I cannot find a place to fill in these values. It would make more sense to have a blank space instead of a "x" so that the patient can fill it in with the actual rx instructions (including the ability to insert directions like: 1-2 pills; 4-6 hours; PRN/as needed).
