Add a note section for each medication and a section for prescribing Doctor. Doctor section so you know what one prescribed that specific med. I know you have a section for all your doctors but it would be nice knowing what doctor prescribed what med. The note section, example I have an ointment that is a steroid that I can only use for 1 week per so many weeks. But your options don't give you all that. Once you hit as needed you have to save it and you can't make any notes about the med. Also maybe add a section also for allergies. A section all on its own. That way if someone is rushed to the hospital, their loved ones can easily pull up their allergies from this app. I know this is a lot, I hope this can help.
