have the ability to check what time the medication was ACTUALLY taken
at the moment if I am late in taking meds when you go into my progress it will only show you when meds were supposed to be taken not when I actually pushed confirm, so if I have time sensitive meds and I am late by one hour taking them ( supposed to take them at 9 bit not taken till 10) and I push confirm at ten when going into my progress it will show that I had taken then at 9 and not 10

I'm taking meds that are time sensitive but at the moment I can only see the time of the reminder and not the ACTUAL time of completing the task. Having an option of updating time (eg I took my meds but forgot to complete the task in the app) would be great too.
