I fing journaling helps a huge amount with my mental health. Maybe you could add it to your list of activities?
I find journaling to help a huge amount with my mental health as it lets me reflect on the day, process emotions, and look back on how I'm doing. I think it would be good to have a reminder to write a journal entry as it's sometimes easy to slip and fall out of the habit, especially when you're not at your best.
