Allow entry for script repeats
this would make visible the difference between going to the pharmacy vs making a doctor appointment to obtain a script

Develop a solution for safe discontinuation of medicines.
Make safe and healthy plans for events of drug discontinuation and/or medical alternations to avoid withdrawal symptoms and be able to see the finishing date. At the same time post/refer to health dept. guidelines on the safest dosage per day/months to subtract in different scenarios. For example, if you want to quit Methadone, the healthy dosage to subtract in a certain period of time vary very much if you use heroine and other opioids simultaneously and/or have additional substance subscriptions.

allow us to add specific notes per medication if some have specific requirements (ie. empty stomach, with food, without laying down..etc)
just allow us to add specific notes per medication as title says.

On the screen where you can enter you meds and time it would be nice to have a sort option.

Een mogelijkheid om medicijnen in te voeren van eerdere dagen, weken e.d zodat eventuele andere medicatieapp overbodig wordt.
ik ben begonnen met invoeren in een andere app, deze gegevens wil ik graag in deze app invoeren zodat ik die andere app kan verwijderen.

Add 2 checkboxes to tick when top up supplies have been reordered, and then to automatically update the inventory when confirmed as received

Allow date modification on automatically skipped (unknown) meds - PLEASE. I take them after midnight sometimes.
If I have meds set to take at 11:55p on April 1, they automatically skip and mark "Unknown" at 4:00a on April 2. If I take them while the reminder is still red (late, but active), it will put them on the correct date they were actuallt taken (April 2), up until 3:59a. But if I take them at 4:00am, I can modify the skipped (Unknown) med time and status (Confirmed), but the day is stuck on Yesterday (April 1) - which is 24 hours off. Seriously? It totally wrecks my record.

add a text field on pill db that can include a short note about medication such as reaction or personal details
would remind me of how a specific med worked for me or other details unique to me if prescribed later

Weening Feature
Feature to enable cycling of different dosages of the same medicine (e.g. 150mg on odds days and 75mg on even days whilst weening off of anti-depressants). Would need to be able to correct an erroneous dosage in the progress charts (e.g. if one accidentally took 75mg on a 150mg day) and ability to select whether the cycle should be reset due to such an accident, or carry on regardless (i.e. three 75mg days in a row, one the accidental erroneous dosage)

Ability to Register As Needed Doses Taken on Scheduled Medicines
In the event a patient takes a dose of medicine on an off-day in it's schedule, they should be able to register that dose and be asked if they would like to reset/resync the schedule to reflect this or leave the established schedule unchanged.
