Thanks for your feedback. We already provide this option. To change the unit of your blood sugar levels from default mg/dl to mmol/l please follow these steps:
1) Add new blood sugar measurement to your therapy list (“Therapy” > “+ Add” > “Measurement” > “Blood sugar”)
2) On the following screen you have the possibility to add and adjust your reminder
3) Tap the first row of the respective view (“Blood sugar (before/after the meal) // mg/dl”) to open the measurements details
4) By tapping “Unit” you will now get the opportunity to change the unit of the measurement

Thanks for your idea and the feedback. There is a trick how to set up this intake pattern:
Instead thinking of every 36 hours you could think of 2 times within 3 days. Therefore you would set up two reminders for the same medication:
(1) First reminder:
- Duration > Start date > today
- Mode > Every 3 days
- Intake time: 8.00 am(2) Second reminder:
- Duration > Start date > tomorrow
- Mode > Every 3 days
- Intake time: 8.00 pmIf you have questions or need help with setting this up, don’t hesitate to contact us: feedback@mytherapyapp.net

swipe gestures in the journal
It's a widespread UI design trope that tabs can be swiped between, which makes the user's life easier, and it's a bit of a flow-breaker if the user suddenly has an app that defies this. So it would be nice to see this in Journal view.

Thanks for your suggestion! We have implemented Drop(s) into the Unit sub-menu. Packet(s) is still under review however I would suggest that you could simply use “Units”?
