  3. I fing journaling helps a huge amount with my mental health. Maybe you could add it to your list of activities?

    I find journaling to help a huge amount with my mental health as it lets me reflect on the day, process emotions, and look back on how I'm doing. I think it would be good to have a reminder to write a journal entry as it's sometimes easy to slip and fall out of the habit, especially when you're not at your best.

  9. Hi... The app works great. I would like a timer to start once I select Time for me activity. You may call me @ +91-9440025486

    When I select "Time for me" from the list of activities, I would select 15 minutes but I would also need a timer to start for me to indicate the time. Thanks

  12. can we get a non stop alert more like an alarm

    be able to set it to go off tell I turn it off not just a small alert but an alarm that you have to turn off
