I'd like to have the ability to arrange the medication order by dragging and dropping
Allowing users to arrange their medication list in order of importance or current use can make their lists a more useful reference tool by providing accurate histories of when previous medications were taken and not cluttering the list of current medications because it can be arranged according to user preference without removing old medication if a patient wishes to keep records of previous medications. -Donna

An option to take your pills after waking up rather than at specific time would be great. (the app could detect I'm using the phone)
You could set a time after which the trigger would work, i. e. 4AM and if after 4AM the app detects that you're using the phone it will send the reminder. It could also be integrated with phone alarms.

We think that an automatic detection of when are you awake is a very interesting idea and I can see how it can be useful. Unfortunately, we currently lack the development capacity to implement this idea. Still, we will discuss it with the rest of our teams. Even though we are not able to work on this in the near future, your ideas are important to us. If you have more suggestions, please let us know.

e uma ótimo aplicativo para saber nosso bem estar de saúde .. deviam actualizar a lista de medicamentos mundialmente .. arranjar uma pulseira ligada que com a nossa pulsação consiga transmitir os pequenos acidentes que possa vir acontecer .. tipo um desmaio ..

Acreditamos que uma pulseira conectada é uma ótima ideia e podemos ver como ela pode ser útil. Infelizmente, atualmente não temos a capacidade de desenvolvimento para implementar isso. rather than having the amount of tablets remaining do the amount of days supply left
have the option to have days supply so as rather than saying 56 tablets it says how many days that would last you if you took your dosage (2 tablets, 3 tablets etc.) because on some I take 1 and some I take 4 so it gets confusing, and obviously the 4 gets used a lot quicker and that's harder to account for when it's based on tablets left, where as if it was based on days supply left, you could just wait for 14 days supply for all of them and then order the prescription for next month's supply…

Don't preselect medicines when confirming
When you need to confirm many medicines, e.g. In the morning, start the confirmation screen with all medicines unticked so that user can take medicine, then tick each one by one. Just confirming the lot in one go is prone to accidentally missing out some tablets

Add support for test strips and lancets. These are needed for tests and are consumables diabetics in the UK get on prescription.
Example bar codes 4015630056972 accu-chek fastclix 204 lancets. Each lancet has got 6 uses in it. Example test strips bar code 4015630980987 50 test strips for glucose level testing in whole blood from finger prick
