show medication history with "hours ago" in addition to exact date/time
Many medications have a time interval, e.g., "take 1 every 4 hours as needed." It would be helpful when consulting history to see past medications taken as "X hours ago" in addition to the date/time of intake, to early determine if it's ok to take another.

Add a save button to the top of the New Medication tab. The button at the bottom is usually off-screen on my phone.
I keep hitting the back button because I can't see the save button. It's great that there's a warning dialogue (discard changes, cancel). That dialogue could also offer a save option, or as I mentioned you could also put the save button at the top of the screen.

Make dates in the past available for medication end dates. I changed doses for my pills today and was only able to set "today" as the end.
I was able to get around it by changing it to the x days setting, figuring out how many days yesterday was, then switching back to calendar based, but it would be a lot easier if the datepicker just allowed for past dates.

Allow to set intake conditions / restrictions
e.g. no more than 6 pills per day, with at least 4 h break between them. When the user wants to record a medication intake that's breaking the intake restrictions is reminded by MyTherapy app about them

Automatically record medication real intake time
Automatically record medication real intake time, so that User doesn't have to adjust it manually when confirming an intake

You cannot schedule the contraceptive ring. You should be able to specify when to put it and when to remove it
You put the ring on every 4 weeks and you remove it after 3 weeks (so, 3 weeks on and 1 off).

monitor more then one person schedule
Hope this apps can create more then one profile, so i can follow more then one person schedule taking medicine time

Daily reminder to restock inventory
Have the inventory reminder do so when there are less than X items left, not just once at the set threshold, and by default alert every 24 hours until replenished or removed. Options for more frequent reminders might be beneficial to other users.

expand upon the already excellent "Add medication" feature
I use a certain type of medication that requires me to take different amounts throughout the week; I need to take one tablet Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. But two tablets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. As a workaround I have created two separate medications, but I am unable to reliability get notified of my inventory 😕

Kan jullie app ook uitgebreid worden met een bestel functie om medicatie rechtstreeks bij de apotheek te bestellen? Net als de app Medapp.
De app Medapp kan maar voor één persoon, net als jullie app, maar ik mis bij jullie de bestel functie.

Aangezien de medische voorschriften van hen allemaal verschillend en complex zijn, kunnen we deze service niet in de nabije toekomst aanbieden. Dit zou ook nodig zijn om wat informatie van onze gebruikers te delen met de apotheken. Maar ons strikte beleid ten aanzien van gegevens- en privacybescherming staat ons niet toe dit te doen. Als u echter nog vragen of ideeën heeft, kunt u op elk gewenst moment contact met ons opnemen.

add a section of discontinued medications and drop down choices of why you no longer take it.
I no longer take 2 depression medication because they are no longer effective. This way if seeing a new doctor they have a more complete picture.

It would be very useful to allow decimal measures of milileters, including those less than 1, rather than only integers.
Currently milileters measurements (at least for injectables) can only be whole numbers. Allowing values less than 1 would be very useful (as 0.5 ml, or even 0.25 ml, is not uncommon).

Feature request - new possible medication schedule: "X hours after previous dose", that takes into account if first dose is taken belatedly.
Example: MED is programmed to be taken at 00:00. It's taken 30 minutes late at 00:30. Second dose of med is selected to be always an hour later, so it will be scheduled for 01:30.
This would not replace the "X hours after last dose" current scheduling option, which does not update depending on actual confirmation time of previous dose.14 votesDear MyTherapy user,

adding notes to your medication information
adding notes would be great to include instructions such as "take with food" or any special instructions the doctor gives you

show time since last dose for PRN medication
Progress section is useful, but for people on PRN it's not always easy to calculate time since last taken, particularly when you're not thinking straight. So displaying this info would help reduce overdoses.
