Thank you for pointing this out. We will share this idea with the rest of our team so we can discuss the possibility of implementing it. In the meantime, if there is anything else that we can do, please write to us (support@mytherapyapp.com)

  3. Report *.pdf needs to show clearer details

The monthly report for blood pressures needs to show details (actual numbers). My doctor did not understand the readings as listed - the information was not detailed enough. Can I suggest the blood pressure number be listed as a single string (e.g., 127/72@77bps for example?) showing multiple entries per day/week, on request from existing database....

  6. Drainage catheter output (I/Os) would be a great addition

We often ask outpatients to track intakes and outputs, esp when they have a drainage catheter. Seeing an abrupt drop in tube output is a common indicator that the tube is obstructed.

  7. Add a spontaneous measurement - user customisation of "most common" list

When my asthma plays up and I want to record pre and post salbutamol peak flows as well as my usual morning and night readings. I have to go to add a spontaneous measurement, then search for PEFR every time, despite being presented with a list of most common measurements which are irrelevant to me. Could that list be personalised, either by letting the user choose their own "favourite" measurements or automatically generating a list from the individual users useage/behaviours?

  8. Peak flow measurements - before and after reliever inhaler

Could extra peak flow options be added? I see that blood glucose has a before a meal and after a meal option. Could peak expiratory flow rates have a before reliever and after reliever option? Or add the ability to add comments or labels to an individual measurement?

  9. Add FEV1 as a measurement for asthma. please feel free to email me at jwyoungpm@gmail.com if youre curious how I use this. - James

FEV1 is similar to peak flow except instead of the maximum volume you push out at any instant, it is the total measure of volume pushed out in one second. You can buy devices to measure this at home and it is a useful metric for me and my pulmonologist in understanding how my medications affect my asthma.

  10. to add more options in the 'add measurement' section, such as thyroid levels(T3, T4, TSH, FT), lipid profiles, and blood work based readings

Most people have to keep track of their thyroid levels and other such quantities that can be derived from their blood work. currently there are very few options in the app to add measured quantities, such as blood sugar, blood pressure, etc. this would be a good addition to the app for regular users.

  19. I have a kid on peritoneal dialysis and it would be helpful if I could track fluid intake and ultrafiltration rate

Patients on peritoneal dialysis have to keep track of their fluid intake, diuresis if any, and ultrafiltration rate of each cycle, as well as the total daily ultrafiltration rate. For each cycle it should be noted the time, amount in ml and the glucose level percentage of input fluid per cycle, and the output fluid in ml from which you can calculate the ultrafiltration rate which is the difference between the output and the input in the previous cycle.
