An additional comment section for each day
A comments section to describe my symptoms in greater detail. (Ex. I'm increasing my dose of Gabapentin for restless leg. I would like to be able to document if my restless leg is better or worse. I may have the symptom on multiple days but the severity may be different). Thank you!

make it where you can add symptoms that are not on your symptom list, so people can track unusual symptoms to help with diagnosis.
An other category in symptoms would be great where you can fill in a blank. My mom has seizures, and we are tracking when she has them and the doctor wants the specifics on when they cause a phantom smell or auditory hallucination.

make it where I can see appointments set by a person who is sharing with me, not just their medication and more details if allowed

add ketone measurement to the app for keto tracking
ketones can be monitored easily by blood tester, I used to use glucosio to track but it's now defunct and need a place to put it

the "x times per day" could allow to specify the number of repetitions per day, start time and end time, calculating dose times automaticall
it's annoying to set start time, dose delay and end time, since it's not immediately clear how often the medicine needs to be used per day. however when the medicine is vended, it says "take 3 times a day" - the delay is not set but a Max delay is assumed. so it would be great to tell the app that I get up at 7:30, go to sleep at 22:30 and I need to take 5 pills, please calculate the times for me.

add a "number of doses". For example, antibiotics; you might have 7 days worth to take but you only take 1 or 2 of them the first day.
If you just take a partial day's worth of pills and set 7 days, you can't get reminders unless you make it 8 days. either a number of doses of a suggestion to extend a day as a pop up would be helpful.

I have medication which I'm meant to take once a day, but also when needed, so can you make a way I could select both settings for it please
My medication is to be taken one daily, as well as when I feel like I need to take it, however I could not find a setting for both timings on the one medication, I think this would be useful as it would also help track inventory properly and let me know when I'm taking extra. Offer the option to 'fullscreen' the reward image given when treatments have been complete.
In previous updates, the image displayed as a number -shown after all treatments have been completed for the day- could be clicked on and it would then display the pleasing image in full screen view.
This was a superb aditional motivation to take treatment and a rewarding gratification for doing so that definitely releases endorphins (esp the dog pics)this feature has stopped being present however in a recent update, I ask if you could bring it back please. xx

use complete pill dosage in medication list.
I was selecting adderal XR in the database and looking for 10 mg Adderall XR and didn't find it. When I look through all of the Adderall XR choices, and there were many, none of them had their full size listed They each had some number of milligrams / the same / the same . ........ so I finally assumed that the one I was looking for was 2.5 mg / 2.5 mg / 2.5 mg / 2.5 mg as this added up to 10 mg I had never seen adderal XR listed that way from the pharmacy.
