  1. Peak flow measurements - before and after reliever inhaler

Could extra peak flow options be added? I see that blood glucose has a before a meal and after a meal option. Could peak expiratory flow rates have a before reliever and after reliever option? Or add the ability to add comments or labels to an individual measurement?

  2. Add a spontaneous measurement - user customisation of "most common" list

When my asthma plays up and I want to record pre and post salbutamol peak flows as well as my usual morning and night readings. I have to go to add a spontaneous measurement, then search for PEFR every time, despite being presented with a list of most common measurements which are irrelevant to me. Could that list be personalised, either by letting the user choose their own "favourite" measurements or automatically generating a list from the individual users useage/behaviours?

  5. Hello, can you make this app compatible with Android Auto? When I am driving using Android Auto, no notifications from Mytherapy appear

Please allow Mytherapy to send notifications to Android Auto in Car mode. Currently no notifications appear although I set them as critical and alloed showing them in DoNotDisturb mode. It seems that Android Auto is showing only notifications from applications compatible with it. This is very important for all people driving with Google maps or Waze navigations and who are willing to take their pills on time

Thank you for your message. We think that this is an interesting idea and we can see how it can be useful. We will share it with the rest of our team so we can consider the possibility of it. In the meantime, if there is anything else we can do for you, please write to us (support@mytherapyapp.com)

  6. show time since last dose for PRN medication

Progress section is useful, but for people on PRN it's not always easy to calculate time since last taken, particularly when you're not thinking straight. So displaying this info would help reduce overdoses.

  7. при вводе лекарства подгружать его фото, т.к. при начале приема нового из таблетницы, есть вероятность перепутать таблетки

Предлагаю при вводе нового лекарства (таблетки), подгружать его изображение, чтобы не перепутать при выборе из таблетницы

  8. Make it so we can use our laptops/computers to enter data, some of us struggle to type on small screens like a mobile phone.

Let us have an account on our computers that will link with our mobile phone/tablet (both) so we can add information from their. I personally work better and much faster on my computer/laptop than I can type on my mobile phone or tablet.

Thanks a lot for your message. We are always happy with new ideas and feedback. We believe that a PC app is a very interesting idea and we can see how it can be useful. Sadly, we do not have the development capacity at the moment to implement this idea. But even if we cannot for on it in the near future, we would love to hear from you again in case you have further comments or ideas (support@mytherapyapp.com)

  9. to change the way to confirm multiple medications.

When confirming multiple items, they are selected as a default. The user needs to click items to deselect which he/she does not want to confirm before pressing confirm. This is because items on the same time are selected as a default. It would be intuitive to have them not selected so that the user has to tick and then confirm, select/tick the one(s) he/she would like to confirm...not the other way around. Hope this makes sense.

  16. Drainage catheter output (I/Os) would be a great addition

We often ask outpatients to track intakes and outputs, esp when they have a drainage catheter. Seeing an abrupt drop in tube output is a common indicator that the tube is obstructed.

Thanks for your suggestion! We will put forward this idea and discuss its feasibility with our team. We will get back to you as soon as we have more news.

  19. It would be very useful to be able to reorder the therapy items in the way that is most important to us.

if we can order the therapy list like we could the history progress list to see what is most important for a first and put pause or as needed drugs on the bottom it would be more efficient
