you really need a system for "take every x hours as needed". Because sometimes i dont need it on the hour, but ill need it 6 hours later
Right now it only has reminders every X hour. It would be helpful if I got a medication listing that told me when the last time i took it was, and how long i have to wait before i can take it again. This is basically the only reason i need a tracker (personally), otherwise i just take one pill a day, not hard to track.

Allow for a "other" symptom option so I can add in specific things I am feeling.
just an other option that allows to put I. person specific feelings. for example I can have "pain due to toe injyry" rather than just pain. also add I. completely new symptoms, like congestion, cravings, and restlessness. There are some symptoms that are just uncommon enough that an ' other' button is necessary

Muito fraco a aba de Equipe. Deveria ter mais opções como por exemplo visualizar todos os remédios que foram dados no dia e os que faltam. Também ter a opção de quem fizer parte da equipe, poder Confirmar os remédios já tomados do dia.
Por exemplo: eu e meus irmãos, filhos de uma mãe acamada, poder através de nossos celulares fazer o controle do uso dos remédios, mesmo quando estivermos fora de casa. Assim será possível mantermos uma organização e acompanhamento de forma mais facilitada.

be able to put 2-3 medications on one alarm unless you can
take 3 meds at 6am; 1 adderal, 1 tramadol, 1 lisinopril

auto adjust a schedule
if taking a medicine is delayed then it should be possible to move the schedule for the remainder of the day at the time it's taking is confirmed. example.. paracetamol to be taken every 4 hours from 8am, if the 12pm dose is taken at 1pm when confirmed and submitted a message should pop up saying "your next dose is due at 4pm which is only 3 hours away, this medication should be taken every 4 hours. Would you like to change the scheduled times to 5pm and 9pm for your remaining doses today?"

Add a function where we can add medical issues (from-to) such as headaches, cramps, flu, etcccso that we can also track meds side effects
It would help to track conditions that arise during a treatment (drug related or not) to better report to doctors

I think color coding each medicine would be helpful
I think that if the medicines were color coded especially if they are not supposed to mix that you can probably save some lives.

Add feature to un-skip
If a therapy is accidentally skipped it is needed to be able to undo it.

add a feature where you can add a customized symptom. For example I need one for an arrhythmia.
