I'd like to have a print out of my Daily Medicine intake to give to my Doctors when I go for appointments. Would make Medicine List simple.
Having a print out for my Doctor's would be a bonus.

for patients tapering down doses for certain drugs, having a calendar view option, week by week or one month at a time to help keep track
say if you were to alternate between a high dose and the next lower dose by whatever increment, you would seen Monday 100mg, Tuesday 75mg, Wednesday 100mg, and so on, then you might have a week or two to stable out on the 75mg dose. You would write out the pattern in the treatment section and have it dispalyed on a calendar style view. Something that will help help patients visualize and track their inventory needs and

the ability to add notes when confirming daily medication doses. for example: ability to write a note regarding why a PRN was needed.
Have an option to write a short note if needed when confirming daily medication doses. Notes can help keep track of important information related to medications. The tracked information could be vital to share with healthcare providers and having notes to help patients recall more easily may help them to describe their health issues more clearly. Helpful notes may include; reason for needing medication (ex. if I take a Tylenol PRN I may write "arthritis flare up"), symptoms leading up to or following medication dose - characteristics/severity/location/onset of any symptoms or pain related to taking or not taking medication. Egy gyógyszerhez több időszakot lehessen hozzáadni. 1 hónapig szedem, 1 hónapig nem, 1 hónap igen, 1 h. nem... stb. De így sem rossz! :)))
Ugye meg lehet adni egy kezelés első és utolsó napját. Nagyszerű lenne, ha több ilyen időszakot is hozzá lehetne adni egy gyógyszerhez.

Hi, we have always been told we must record each serial number, I myself take a photo with my phone of the boxes. Add pic to logs
I take a photo of the serial numbers on the boxes, I think it would be very helpful to be able to add this photo to the log of medication taken
