  4. include the option for vials vs. units of insulin in the inventory feature, because of how you get air bubbles out of pen reservoirs, etc.

In the drop-down in the inventory option, offer a 'how many vials' option, rather than just the individual units of insulin, as the use of penfill reservoirs of insulin makes counting individual units in a vial difficult, plus the added un-counted units purged to release air bubbles makes this measurement system liable to fault. Furthermore, this buildup of more insulin lost than recorded could cause those who rely on the inventory system to run out of medication early than predicted and put pressure on pharmacies to provide emergency prescriptions.

  6. make a graph of when medicines were taken or average and option of showing adherence % accurate time, dose, say every 4 hours how accurate

a way to track adherence both to time and dose accuracy. if every 12 hours how accurately you dis that. if 9pm how closely you adhered to it. and show percentagss in report or trends and also maybe a time graph to see the trebs over weeks, months etc. many doctors wanr to know adherence levels. this would help show maybe trends in treatment effectiveness or patient compliance

  12. Wellbeing registering

Before I check on mood I find checking my symptoms is irritating. After each sympton check app goes back to mood so you got to scroll back and start over. After you press the smiling face. It is end of this sets feature. Next time you go to Mood all you have are the smilies. As I have many symtoms it would be nice if the choices would stay on.

  17. Include images of the pill you're supposed to take.

Either as part of your medication database, or allow users to upload photos, to confirm which medication you're taking.

  18. add an 'Other' button or 'prefer not to anwser' for trans people that use this!

I am trans/non-binary and it gives me pretty shitty dysphoria to choose one. I think it would be helpful to add it in. stay safe
