  2. Inclusion of positive symptoms, especially relating to mental health or chronic symptoms that range in severity. Much easier to see trends.

    Ability to track positive symptoms and level of intensity so to better compare good days to bad and recognize trends relating med intake, missed meds, or lifestyle choices. Option to include sleep data or input quality of sleep with symptoms.

  3. Give us a way to let us change our email address, that way we don't have to delete our account and start from scratch.

    I use an Android phone but I don't use the Gmail account for my email anymore. I signed up with my Gmail address but I don't use it anymore. As you can see by the email I have listed is my new email address.

  4. As a user, I'd like the ability to alter the notification sound with any system or custom sound.

    App makes taking my medicine sound so sad.

  6. I'd like to be able to define and record PROMs (patient reported outcome measures) on a Likert scale, and to import PROMs from the web.

    I'm a health equity researcher and a key challenge in my field - and my own experience of treatment - is persuading clinicians to take patients' lived experience seriously. PROMs offer a way to track whether treatment is helping the user of your app get closer to their own goals for treatment.

  7. allow the addition of alcohol units consumed

    As part of monitoring fluid intake and general health and current conditions, measuring alcohol consumption would be very useful

  8. please add a way to disable alert if i take med before alarm time. this is useful for taking synthroid at night.

    if i wake up between 1 and 4 am i can take the med and clear the alarm. if i don't, the reminder wakes me up at 4 and i take the med.

    Предлагаю добавить в программу учёт баланса жидкости (потребление-диурез) с включением в отчёт.
    исходные данные: дата, время, количество мл.
    отчёт можно сделать в виде графика гистограммы трёх цветов (поступило, диурез, баланс), общий баланс за день/за период.
    Данная возможность будет полезна для пациентов, контролирующих работу почек.

    после трансплантации почки пациент - реципиент принимает иммуносупрессивные препараты, при этом производится регулярный лабораторный контроль показателей, например такролимуса и др. Было бы здорово иметь перечень этих показателей среди перечня лабораторных исследований.
