  1. Add a note section and a Doctor section to each medication

    Add a note section for each medication and a section for prescribing Doctor. Doctor section so you know what one prescribed that specific med. I know you have a section for all your doctors but it would be nice knowing what doctor prescribed what med. The note section, example I have an ointment that is a steroid that I can only use for 1 week per so many weeks. But your options don't give you all that. Once you hit as needed you have to save it and you can't make any notes about the med. Also maybe add a…

  4. add a notes section to each med/day to document dose changes, reactions... also for injections it would be nice to add units taken (insulin)

  5. add a button on homescreen that a doctor or caregiver could use if not able to respond. they would have access to prescribed medications

    for caregiver to get access to medications to treat if unable to respond. button could be on homescreen even if phone is locked

  6. activities do not stay on the monthly report, when the next day is put in, which could be a different amount of time, the past day disappear

  7. should have a place where could be registred colateral efects with medicines.

  8. allow multiple reminder times per medication eg 1 tablet twice a day

    Currently cannot add 2 reminder times in one medication - entry is red and medication does not show up in treatment page. Need to be able to specify multiple times a day.

  19. have a space to enter the doctor's fax or message number, as it is, no letters are available to write what the extra phone # is for

  20. if a medication is taken prn, it would be nice to be able to enter how many were taken in a day/week & the times they were taken

    concerning "prn" medications, how many pills taken in a day/week, enter each day separately & the time the pills were taken, a chart would be nice just for prn medications
